Silent Auction
We will be hosting a silent auction in order for our Shire to declutter all of those SCA and SCA adjacent items that we have piled up in our homes. This may include fabric that we’ve never used, the extra feast gear we kept just in case, materials for fibercrafts we thought we were going to get into, etc.
The silent auction is also accepting made objects from SCA artisans! There is no limit as to the type of craft, we only ask that all crafted items include a tag stating what the item is and the name of the artisan who created it, so that proper credit will be given. Any items that are not sold will be returned to the donor unless specifically requested otherwise.
Information on how to contribute items will be updated closer to the event.

Site Info
Due to the setup of the camp ground, and the fact that we’re not allowed to anchor ANYTHING to the ground (anything that creates a hole), period tents (using stakes) are not allowed. There is generally a decent about of shade because of the tree cover, and we have reserved some buildings/shelters for use if there happens to be rain. If you would like to bring a pop-up for a day presence, please check in with the Event Steward upon arrival so that we can get it placed properly.

Child Forms
Attention! For those who will be bringing children not their own: There are TWO forms that you will need to bring for each child. They both need to be signed by the child’s parent or legal guardian. ONE MUST BE NOTARIZED per Indiana law.
- This form needs the notarization and should be kept with the child at all times: http://www.sca.org/docs/pdf/treatminor-notary.pdf
- This form is the usual Minor Waiver: http://www.sca.org/docs/pdf/chldwaiv.pdf.
PLEASE have both these forms filled out and signed/notarized where appropriate for each child you will be bringing that you are not the parent or legal guardian of. This requirement is out of our control and the children affected will not be allowed to attend if they are not completed properly before arrival. Thank you.
